Exotic blooms

Exotic flowers take us on a journey to faraway places and bring back memories of holidays in the sun.

For me, they remind me of the tropics where I spent the early part of my childhood.

My grandparents kept the most beautiful garden filled with all sorts of tropical exotic plants.

What I remember most was their love for Orchids and they kept a wonderful variety of the most striking orchids and all grown outside of course.

I do love Orchids and the ‘phalaenopsis orchid’ commonly known as the moth orchid is one of my favourites and I find one that is easy to look after.
