There is nothing more quintessential than an English afternoon tea. A beautifully relaxed and graceful way to bring family and friends together for both pleasure and refreshment.
These days the ritual of afternoon tea has evolved with many different tea blends available to suit all tastes. Tea-time treats have also taken on new flavours. But the essence of taking tea has always remained the same.
It was my passion for baking and the enjoyment of taking afternoon tea that has led me down this path to celebrate this custom and bring it to your homes and gardens so you too can enjoy this wonderful ceremony.
