Plum Crumble with Custard

What better dessert for a lazy Sunday than a comforting crumble. Plum crumble is a family favourite made using juicy ripped plums and topped with a really crunchy crumble

"When the old Plum Tree blooms, the entire world blooms"


I like to serve my crumble with creamy custard and maybe a spoon of freshly whipped cream for total indulgence.


I really look forward to when plums come into season in August. For me the best plums are from my parents garden and when they are in season , I pick an abundance of them to make crumbles, jams and tarts.


But my favourite way of eating them is straight from the tree. They are mouth-wateringly delicious ,full of flavour, totally organic and the best plums ever!
